The last years of the carburetted 250 cc DOHC twin in the EX250 / Ninja 250R family, which was still sold in the US market at this point. It kept the same tubular frame, telescopic front forks and single rear shock as the earlier generation. This is the final version of the older design before the redesigned Ninja 250R arrived in 2008.
